Services
As a Paediatric Physiotherapy service we see private clients as well as self managed or plan managed NDIS participants. Fun With Motion is able to offer individual Physiotherapy sessions to assess, treat and provide ongoing therapy for your child as needed. Being a mobile service in Perth, sessions can either be at your home, school or daycare. There are a range of developmental, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions Paediatric Physiotherapists work with. Some of the common conditions we see and reasons families seek our services are listed below.

When might a Physiotherapist help
Your baby feels “floppy” or “stiff” when your caring for them or playing with them
Your baby is not tolerating tummy time by 4 months of age
They are not reaching their gross motor milestones, such as:
- Your baby is not sitting by 9 months
- They are not standing at furniture by 12 months
- They are not crawling by 12 months
your toddler is not walking by 18 months
Your baby has tight neck muscles and a flat spot on one side of their head
Your child has an unusual foot posture
Your child walks a majority of the time on their toes, particularly after the age of two
They are not keeping up with their peers with their physical development including gross motor skills such as running, throwing and catching or skipping
They are having difficulty in physical education at school
If you as a care giver have any concerns about your child’s movement or gross motor development

About
Beatrice graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in 2014 and has been working with children since. Passionate about providing evidence based and quality healthcare she went on to complete her Master of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice at Monash University in 2019.
As a mother of two beautiful children, Beatrice understands the pressures families have trying to juggle different schedules and commitments. Therefore, she works with each family to find solutions that suit their individual needs when adding therapy in the mix. She believes in good communication and keeping things fun.
